Kia ora, I’m Aaron

I have more than 20 years experience helping people achieve their movement and fitness goals. I’ve worked with dancers and circus performers, Yoga teachers, body builders, children, people dealing with long term chronic pain or disability, and everyone in between.

I use my training and experience with movement coaching, structural bodywork, muscle activation therapy, and personal training to tailor an individual plan suited to your body and needs.

Personal Training

REPs registered. I pull from a range of training protocols, as well as 15 years experience as a circus teacher and performer. I can help with any goals, but my particular specialties are mobility, balance, bodyweight training, and corrective exercise.
